Dear members,

Kindly provide me the format of the following:

1) Application to be made by NRI to seek RBI's permission to invest in a partnership firm in India with repatriation benefits.

2) Application to be made by a person outside India other than NRI /POI to seek RBI's permission to invest by way of contribution in a partnership firm in India with repatriation benefits.
