Dear members,
Convent head mistress purchased the generator for school use, but due to the MFG difect she filed a consumer case, but the forum is saying school is not a consumer. In my opinion school is consumer. If any rulins please let me know

1. How silly if the generator was billed in the name of the school then school being a legal entity can be deemed as a consumer. Go in for appeal before the next superior forum.
