Resignation for institute

(Querist) 26 September 2014 This query is : Resolved 
Respected Sir,

I am working in private engineering college from last two years. Now I have put two month notice to the institute. But most of case of notice period institute not giving relieving to the working employee and harassing them . Please suggest if the same happen with me. What sort of action i can take against institute.
