Writ petition

Respected Sir,
I have applied for probate of Will in the year 2009 in Pune court. Till now issues not framed. Court is giving reason of no time. If I file writ petition in high court how much time it will take to dispose writ petition. Will court give special treatment to this case for the case to reach logical end?

You cannot adopt such tactics of putting pressure on the lower courts this way by filing writ etc, you have to go by the court.

Respected Sir,
But five years is a very long wait especially in Application for Probate which should be disposed in a time bound manner. Kindly advise on what can I do to speedify the process. My lawyer says "court has no time" whenever I ask him reason for delay in the proceedings.
