Land acquisition

(Querist) 03 October 2013 This query is : Resolved 
State Government has been acquired land for Seed Farm Multiplication(Agriculture Department)Purpose in 1959, agriculture department was cultivated land in 1959 to 1970 up to, thereafter that land is uncultivated wasteland up to today.My question is
1. Can we right claim get back the said land?
