Dear sir
i have purchased a site,and i want it to be get registered in my wife name,becoz my father has filed a partition suite of his share,its joint family ,and the suit has filed from my father of his fathers property,if the property is registered in my name will it effect in feature.

Go through provisions under income tax act before getting the site registered in your wife's name.
