a civil suit is pending regarding right,title,interest,confirmation of possession.the civil court also ordered injunction against the defendant.then the defendant filled an mutation appeal against the plaintiff.is it possible?

Depends on the extent of the injunction granted.
Mutation has no bearing on the question of right,title,interest in the property.
