Agri land in gujarat

My company has an agriculture land in West Bengal.Is the company or its directors eligible to purchase agriculture land in Gujarat for agri business. If yes, then what is the process?

It can very well be purchased but for procedure, you have to visit the official web site of State of Gujarat or you appoint any lawyer as your agent for that purpose.
