i had been tillig the land in delhi since 1968. the land is under my posession . Till 1980 the khasra girdawari was filled up by patwari in my name . thereafter the patwari stopped fillingf the girdawari . but i had been intimating tehsildar to fill up tthe p-4 form showing the crops. in 1983 i filed the suit before the SDM u/s-85 of the DZR Act for transfering the property in my name as i had been cultivating the said land for the last 12 years . the sdm was just giving dates with no progress . i have been regularly attending the hearings now recently in july 2011 on my back the sdm has dismissed my suit . now are the remedies available to be to file appeal etc and before whom . please also guide me if there is any judgment in regard to my case favouriing me . thanks

You were required to file a restoration as the suit was dismissed in july11 30 days limitation period has expired.You need to be in touch of your advocate as filing restoration along with delay condonation is the only solution, none else in my view ,considering circumstances of the case.

SIR,
CANT I FILE THE APPEAL BEFORE THE HIGHER AUTHORITY INSTEAD OF FILING RESTORATION AS THE SDM COURT HAS BEEN DOING NOTHING EXCEPT GIVING DATES FOR THE LAST 28 YEARS . ALSO PLEASE ADVISE ME BEFORE WHOM SHALL THE APPEAL BE FILED . THANX
