Refund of excess stamp duty on share certificate

(Querist) 15 November 2011 This query is : Resolved 
Please tell me that the stamp duty paid on share certificate for allotment of shares as Rs 10,00,000/- instead of Rs. 1,00,000/- Kindly tell me how to get the refund of excess of Rs. 9,00,000/- . The cause of action arises in Andheri, Mumbai.
