Withdrawal of PF

Dear Sirs, I was an employee of Subhiksha, the promoter of which had declared insolvency about 2 years back. I wanted to know is there any possibility of my PF amount withdrawal. Is there any legal way of recovering the amount?

You can approach the concerned P.F. office and get withrawl form. The officials will guide you the rest. Insolvency of your employer does not affect the statutory payment due to you.

Mr. Arun Kumar is right. But this is subject to the condition whether your employer deposited the amount with the PF authorities or not. If he had not deposited, then the PF authorities cannot also pay you.
