sir ,
1 . what is the differance between revenue converted land and BDA allotted land .
2. i want to purchase the revenue converted land in bangalore south ,what are the docments i have to scrutinise ,
3 , what is government price of revenue converted site in bangalore south ,
4. can i get loan on the besis of revenue converted land ,
5 . can registration can be done of the revenue converted land to my name .

The conversion from revenue land means converted from agricultural to non agricultural use.
1. You have to look into the original title deeds and conversion certificate issued by the government
2. For price you can approach the BBMP
3. you can get loan on it. there is no much difference between converted land and other sites
4. Yes you can get registered the land
