Please provide clarification that " Can an independent candidate is eligible for use the symbol allotted for registered but Un recognized Parties in the case were they have no candidate in that ward" for local self body elections??????

if party is Un recognized how can party claim on symbol.its depend on EC DISCRETION

EC should henceforth exclude all symbols which depict any religious symbols, national importance, heritance, products of nature like tree, moon, star, etc while allocating symbols to political parties. Politicians over the last six decades have really exploited the sentiments of electorate. This reply is out of my box.
