dear sir
i have filed a consumer case on behalf of my mother but i did not file Power of attorney with the plaint and now i want to file the POA whether i can file it now when proceedings are on?

If the petition of complaint bore the signature of the mother then you could now proceed with the complaint otherwise the current authority could not correct the initial defect.

If the complaint is filed on behalf of POA and POA is not enclosed you can present it but the POA should be effected on the date of filing of complaint.
