Can anyone tell me what are the duties and responsibilites of the Sub Register during making the sale deed.

Can he make the sale deed without seeing the previous sale deeds?

Just for the sake of revenue collection can he even sell our nation?

The duties and responsibilities of the Sub Registrar during making the sale deed is limited to Revenue & identity of the persons transacting.
He need not see the previous sale deeds.
