ACTUALLY MY QUERY WAS ABOUT , IF A PERSON WOUND AGINST ANY PERSON IN THE ROAD, POLICE FILE FIR AGAINST HIM?

FIR would get to the court of Magistrate in routine and you may not be required to spend for the litigation as the accused would get prosecuted by the State for the offence / crime committed;
The victim would be a witness to support the charge sheet that would be filed by Police before the Magistrate !
