Que.1.Can any Expert please explain me the following Warrant in detail which i would be receiving shortly for Default of payment of Maintenance to Wife.
Also suggest any relief measures since i cannot afford to give even single rupee as i am bankrupt!

Warrant of Imprisonment of Failure to Pay Maintenance
(See section 125)
To the officer in charge of the jail at……………………………………..
WHEREAS (name, description and address) has been proved before me to be possessed of sufficient means to maintain his wife……………………….. (name) [or his child………………………….
