Hi All,

Can please explain me the meaning of "Malicious criminal prosecution" ?
Please use laymen languge as i already have the bookish contents.

If “B” has prosecuted “A” for a false criminal case, then “A” can file a suit for damages on account of Malicious Prosecution against “B”.
