A Private Company suddenly kick out a worked employee who has work with company last 12 year as I T Encharge ( not given any notice & Salary without work).
What he have take legal action thought our advocate.

he doesnt have any right to be employed again. he can go for recovery of his amounts due to the company

Why he not right to employee again.
He worked with last 12 year as I T In charge .
Not any compliant in 12 year service.
But company without any notice given out the staff suddenly.
What he have right to three month salary or any other relief from company so what can do legal action before company.

since it is a private organisation, you may prove that the termination was illegal and even the court may ask the organisation to recruit you again but again after giving once month notice they shall fire you..
but yup damages or other losses can surely be claimed. one thing must be borne in mind that this is a private organisation..
