Presently I'm working in CBDT. I joined on 30.04.2025 while I was persuing regular B.ed degree course for the session 2023-25. Course work for second year and teaching internship was over, then only I joined the department. After joining, I intimated the department about my pending B.ed final year exams. When exams came in June I appeared by taking official leaves. My degree came in july. Now I have documents verification for tgt post in a government school. Will they reject me for this overlapping between job and degree?

You informed the department about your pending B.Ed. final exam. But did you inform the department about your qualifying the exam and request to enter into your service record? If not, immediately inform the same and enter the same in your service record.

They will not automatically reject you, but you must present your sequence of events clearly during Document Verification (DV).
Your regular attendance requirements (classes, practicals, school internship) ended before your appointment date in CBDT (30.04.2025). This proves you did not illegally claim dual status (attending full-time college while drawing a full-time government salary).
You took sanctioned official leave from CBDT in June to write your remaining exams. Your attendance record with your employer will align with the exam schedule.
During verification, clearly state that no regular academic activity took place after your appointment date of 30.04.2025. Show the college completion certificate verifying the pre-joining completion date of your coursework. Show the official CBDT leave sanction for the exam period.

You are qualified for the appointment of TGT, which you have acquired before joining present job, accordingly the department shall not deny joining new assignment.
