Muslim man triple talaq after 36 years

my father had married twice.in first marriage he has 4 children. Second marriage 2.after 36 years of marriage now he made triple talaq to my mother (first wife) following a quarrel in which he bring his second wife and children to stay in house jointly owned by first wife and him.they looted home and made false cheque cases and fake cases against the first wife because she contacted the court against his actions and physical assault. And threats that cases will be made against your kids incase the first wife didn't made to leave the home.
he pronounced triple talaq mentioning the only reason she approached the court for her rights. And continue to staying in that home.in short she is given triple talaq and her home is given to second wife claiming she is not the wife any more.so my query is pronouncing triple talaq allowed? how can she tackle this situation?
