Can any Expert tell me how to File 498A Case against my Husband after 6.5Yrs of Separation what Evidences I need to Produce in Support of my Case to make Stronger as their is Big Gap of 6.5yr?

Why did you waited to file such case till today?

Is any case is pending between you and your husband?

Whether any case was ever filed by either of the parties against each other and what was its fate?

Have you any issue?

Whether any conciliation effort has been made between you and your husband and if yes, its fate?

All these are also relevant questions which require answer from you before we try to answer your quarry.
