Is the auction of the players conducted by the IPL legal? Is it not the violation of Constitutional provision banning slavery and trafficking in human beings?

S. 29 of Contract Act saves them as the IPL is using their skills and not them... else it had been a gravest form of the slavery to which the law of land is the biggest mockery
