My wife filed 498a at ssp office . I am on contract job. If i wil be regularised before FIR ,can police give clearance certificate to me . What wil be scenario after FIR is filed against me. Does that affect my regularisation?? I m from punjab thanks.

It is just an FIR. Let the police investigate. But the question is -whether the allegations true. You have the best information.
