what is the procedure to be followed while registering the limited liability partnership firm

The law relating to the limited liability partneship company is under cosideration of Ministry of corporate affairs. This law has not been passed by the parliament. only partnership act 1930 is in force today.

Now limited liabilty partnership bill has been given presidents assent and it shall come into force very soon as the implementation date for the same will be decide by the ministry.
