Increments on return from lien.

Dear Sir/ Madam

I was working in GoI autonomous institution in PB-3 with grade pay of Rs. 7600/-. I had applied for a post in the same pay scale and i was selected. THe new organisation was also GoI autonomous institution. I got two years extra ordinary leave to join the post with the permission to retain the lien. In case I return back on completion of two years whether I will get notional increments or not.

Your question is not clear, whether you have gone on deputation in another organisation, or took eol in your parent department, while you are working at the same time in another organisation, or taken eol while serving in your new organisation?

No I have not gone on deputation. I had taken EOL from my parent Department and then joined the other organisation. Along with EOL I have allowed to retain lien on my post.
