Stamp paper correction

There was a typo error of house no of a partner in the unregistered partnership deed on stamp paper.
Is there a provision to correct this .
What is the procedure to correct this.
This is still not registered or filed , but just created

Dear Deepak Ji,
Under the Partnership Act it is not mandatory to have the partnership deed registered, though certain disabilities attract the un registered firms.
Now, coming to the point of your case. Since you are going to do business for some period of time, it is desirable to get the seed registered. For this purpose, prepare a separate deed in line with the existing one making all the corrections which is required. Make the same registered with the Registrar of Firms in your State.
In this way most of your problems would be solved.
