What is exact procedure for permanent partition from other joint holders in agricultural land. How much it costs and time will it take in Punjab state. Can we father and son get land adjacent to each other. How to issue summons. If patwari and tehsilshar favours other, what shall I do. Tell suggestions.

If it is shyamalat deh without demarkation so far by the revenue authority, you may occupy / start using such portions as per your shares, so that at the ti9me of chakbandi / mutation, your occupied portion will be demarcated in your shares.

My land does not comes under shamlat( village common land), but it is private.
