what if guardian died?

Dear sir,
For sell out guardian property court previous approval is must as per wards & guardian act. We comply that said provision but before sell deed execute guardian appointed by court gets died. Now how guardian property sell off?

Inform the Court for appointing another guardian !

If the court has already permitted the deceased guardian to go ahead with the sale of the property under his custody belonging to the minors, a newly appointed court guardian may continue the process in place of the deceased guardian.
