Right-to-Fair-Compensation-and-Transparency-in-Land-Acquisition-Rehabilitation-Resettlement-Act- says that if goverment or it's authority not used land for public purpose, which is aquired by govt. or it's agency than after 3 year 3/4 times value of land is given by govt. to farmer and govt. or it's agency not used land with in 5years than govt. oor it's agency should give land back to farmer after taken money from farmer(muaabza),which is given by govt. to farmer at the time of aquition. now modi govt. is in parlament...my question to all of you that modi goverment able to change this act suddenly? modi govt. able to change our over all constitution of india?modi govt. able to change land aquition act,1894?please give me advise please...

Modi government is not expected to keep changing each and everything that is happening in each and every household in the country. Let the government form, let them come out with their administration reforms, why do you hurry with your own designs anticipating which is not to be seen as of now.

Mr. Patel may be excited about his own State's fellowman becoming PM of India and so may be expecting so !
