Sir....I would like to ask that when it is a technical resignation, then tell me that for how many day we have to serve notice to institute...

You have not stated the reason for technical resignation. There arises no question of technical resignation if not applied for any post through proper channel or not got NOC for job in another department.

Definitely I will tell...sir I have applied for post of staff nurse through proper channel. I m getting job in central government and currently working in central government. so kindly tell me the notice period of the technical resignation.
