Name mistake

Dear Experts
I need to correct my Name in SSC Marks Certificate. In my SCC marks card my name has been printed as 'Abhijit Balkrushna Pawar'.
My Name in all other documents is 'Abhijit Balkrushna Pawar'
I need to remove 'u' from middle name replace 'i' Balkr'i'shana.
I need to apply for Passport.
Please advise suitable solution for my problem.

u hv to change your name , publish in govt gazette , two news papers, after executing ur Affidavit. , for Passport chg name.
SSC MK SHEET, NOT POSSIBLE.
