Share of married daughters in fathers ancestral land

dear Sir/Madam,
My uncle has recently transferred his piece of agriculrural land in jalgaon district on my name.My uncle is still alive and is reluctant to share with his 3 married daughters due to personal issues and have spent lakhs of rupees in their marriage which he has raised by selling some of his land.He is firm on his stand and neither wants to transfer anything till he is alive nor after his demise.My uncle has inherited the labd from my grandfather.
please advice.

has your uncle executed deed of gift in your favour ? has it been duly stamped and regd?

does your uncle have other properties? was it self acqured property of your grand father?

The property was inherited by my grandfather.I have acquired the same through sale deed after payment of stamp duty and registartion amount.

if it is ancestral property your uncle could only have sold his share . his daughter can challenge the sale

Sir,
Actually my father has sold some part to his friend for raising funds for her daughters marriage.This sold piece of land was also purchased my me when this sale deed was executed.
