There is an FIR registered on me 23/02/2012)regarding that i hacked gmail/facebook account of one woman.IO of the case is making charge sheet against me.Please tell how to handle this case .I made that account by my laptop ( APPLE).my alternative account was mentioned in primary account .that woman and i were having living relationship last 2 years .On 23/2/2012 ,we had quarrel ,and she decided to take revenge from me.I havent done anything in the account except logging the few times by my IP address .How serious is this matter and i have the record that she also composed few messages from her mobile phone ( that account was my personal account) and sent to many known people ..hasnt she also done the same crime......?

Hi,
as per your case details both ofyou be charged forsame offence( if your story is in toto).
but you have to file a case against her. and to prove that both of you maintained L-IN-REL. & BOTH OF YOU ENTRUSTED TO EACH OTHER the PASSWORD.
