Cooperative housing socitey

Builder wants to form building-wies Housing Society. So there will be eight societies instead to one. We are insisting for one Society only.
What are the pros and cons of this other then day to day management? any legal point which will go in fever of builder in like land convenes deed?
Plz reply urgently.

You jointly apply for formation of Co-op Society of all 8 building, w/o builder's co-operation. It can be done.
You also issue Legal Notice to Builder that majority of owners of 8 building want to form a single Co-op Society. Send copy to deputy Registrar coop society.
Must obtain signature of majority flat owners with their name, address, Flat Registration details.
Yes, if land purchased separately, builder may insist on separate conveyance hence separate Society, however later you can merge societies.
