Gratuity is eligible only for the persons worked for 4 years and 8 months (working days a week). I worked for 4years and 7 months (worked at 6 days a week except 3rd Saturday). I want to know whether Iam eligible to get Gratuity. Please clarify...

As per section 4 of Payment of Gratuity Act An employee is eligible for gratuity only if he has completed not less than five years of continuous service.
