Suit for specific performance of agreement of sale decreed. Whether stamp duty for registration is payable on sale consideration in the agreement of sale or present market value?

ON the Market rate you entered into Agreement. Means Old Rate. But you should have old Stamp Paper with small amt pd , to prove, you entered into Agr at that time.
Usual Penalty for delay [ abt 2% per month= 24% p.a. will be charged over & above Stamp Duty.
