Dear Team,

im collection manager in credit card division in a PVT sector bank. i want to ask a query if customer is in 90-12-150 dpd and agree to pay full os with freeze his amount in 3 shots or more what is the status in cibil . settled or clean....

I don't think there is any such term "clean" under the CIBIL system.

On the other hand "settled" account implies that the customer had not been able to pay his past dues, but the account has been settled with lesser amount due from the account holder.

But, if the customer has paid off your dues, that should show the status as "closed," as the ‘Closed’ field in the account section of account holder's CIBIL credit report would means that that loan account has been closed by the loan provider.
