how to calculate & get reference of the properrty valuation from the stamp duty recknor 2012 of the following address?

MOUJE VAL
GRAMPANCHAYAT VAL
TALATHI SAJA PURNA
BHIWANDI THANE

how to see in the ready recknor?
i have checked the value as below:-
pg no 67 -distict thane,taluka bhiwandi ,village val - influences area
6 jiyarati land
or
27 - 27.3 other developing industrial on above floor

is it correct for valuation reference?

if all individual doing self calculation then how the professional are earn money, so better to approach local stamp vender and get the valuation.
