Dear Experts in Law,
I would like to bring to your notice about the illegal water mining in the city of Hyderabad is going on and they are making crores of rupees of money at the cost of the inconvenience to common public, by way of depleting the natural resources. This is happening throughout the city for ages. why one of the experts are not initiating a PIL on this matter?

if water minning is being doen illegally in hyderbaad and you are a citzen of hyderbad why dont you take the intiative ? file a PIL

I don't have any problem in initiate PIL, but I am not a legal expert. I don't have the knowledge of whether the water mining happening in Hyderabad is illegal as per law or not. I was just assuming so, because it is a natural resource.
I know that any citizen can initiate a PIL. You should also consider the other local factors as well, when u are suggesting a citizen to initiate a PIL, such as political, local, financial, local thugs, mafia, rowdys, gundas etc...
I am just suggesting this to the well established lawyers based in Hyderabad, as they might have gone through all the above mentioned factors. They must be knowing how to face the same, when the situation demands.

legal issue is becoming social issue, i am very much concerned to save water, we want to save the it, but depends on priority, we are doing our daily routine work, no body comes forward, my humble suggestion is that just browse 30 minutes on net about the issue, write a letter to deputy commissioner, after few days ask through RTI, what have you done on my application......hopefully to some extent good result may come as per your wishes.....option of PIL is still there...
