1)My father was purchased one plot No:-227b measures 22.5*80 sqft on 1984
2)In the name of kamalakar ( He is my younger brother)
3)At the time of purchase of plot kamalakar is two year child
4)My father get the sale deed on minor guardian basis minor guardian is my mother name d Lalithamma
5)The same schedule plot 227 b measured 22.5*80sqft my father gave a General Power of Attorney to Mr Raghavendra on 2004 ( Raghavendra is a elder brother of Kamalakar )
6)The Same schedule plot kamalakar was sold to Baburajendra Prasad on 2005 without Raghavendras Consent
7)The Same schedule plot Baburajendra Prasad sold to Renuka K S on 2010

Is it proper general Power of attorney , what type of rights raghavendra having on the schedule plot power of attorney holder he is become a owner of the plot? or share holder of the schedule plot as per hindu law
