GRAM without any resident!!

who will attend Sabha????
So there cannot be.
Better Govt should merge it with nearby village/ gram

why to merge when names of all members of 4 families from 3 different villages with proportionate share of every individual in share - holdings in land, entered in revenue records , as the owners with possession & some are doing cultivation & many of them residing there from 100 years. and also DMC act was applicable now,
