Part of house constructed in government land

Dear All,

My friend purchased some land which included old house. Now my friend is constructing a new house in that purchased land and some of Government land which is in his possession. Some people are threatening him that they would give complaint and they are demanding some cash.

Please let me know what remedy my friend has. Does he demolish the house portion which is in Government land. Cannot he regularize that government land on his name.

Please advise.

why do occupy that govt land, all ways its owner of govt will taken, be aware.

Or else you may seek for regularisation by paying market rate and also nominal fine. Kindly note you have to convince the govt. that the so called encroachment was unintentional and by mistake.

The members of this forum may not be able to give advise on how to regularise the encroachment of Govt land.
