You can put whatever expenses that you are likely to incur in normal course of life. But all these claims shall be proved beyond doubt before the court with strict and sufficient evidence.

Another aspect is that the income of the husband shall be enoung to give all these amount in maintenance.

The court will grant maintenance only after considering all these aspects.

It is not important, what you claim.
It is important, what is his Earning per month, and what all are his Liability, elderly parents, handicapped or unable brother, sister, rent of house , his travelling for job expenses, and what he can spare for you.
Then comes your requirement.
Why you live alone, if eligible to live with your parents,
Did the cause of accident was your husband, and what compensation you are likely to get in MACT.
what are your Salary & Nett Income.
Did you pay Rs. 60,000*2= 1.2 Lakh for your Advocate for MJ Petition.
DO YOU HAVE RECEIPT FOR THE SAME?
Whether Court FeEs are Payable by Ladies or it is FREE.

IF LEGAL CHG ARE EQUALLY PAID OR AWARDED TO HIM FOR HIS LEGAL EXPENSES??
COURT WILL CONSIDER ALL THESE FACTORS AND Award from Rs. 500 to Rs. 5 Lakh per month
depending upon the Living Standard you had when living together.

If you were travelling by Mercedes car, with husband, when living together, you can charge Rs. 1,00,000/-per month for your travelling expenses to maintain same standard of living (including Driver's Salary ) . what more you want??
