I have booked a flat at baroda gujarat. My builder says that completion certificate cannot be provided before registration of sale deed and that it will take nearly a year or two to get it. Pl let me know extent of minimum and maximum risk involved.
Secondly is completion and occupancy certificate same or different and whether it is a must legally.
