as I have asked regarding employees compensation which is detailed here as follows
an employee who has met with an accident on 04.12.2010 while on duty in forging department as his left hand was came in he hammer / press & he was hospitalised in hiranandani hospital .company has incurred rs. 191000/-towards his medical treatment. we have a policy of ICICI lombard where claim was lodged . his laft hand's all three fingers except Index & Thumb were amputed . his palm was crushed . & acording to the E.C. Act 30% lossses was found.kindly advice regarding the new amendment @ Rs. 8000/ is to be taken for the calculation of the compensation . As per rule 50% is to be taken for compensattion.
Rs.8000 x 50% = 4000/-x60% x30%x154.09 (age factor)=Rs.110945/ will be the amount whch has to be paid .
