Definition of expert

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 09 August 2011 This query is : Resolved
WHO IS AN EXPERT ?
HOW IS HE DISTINGUISHABLE FROM COMMON MAN ?
WHAT IS MEANT BY S.$% EVIDENT ACT ?
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 10 August 2011
The Section 45 of the I.E. Act itself is quite explicit and says that a person specially skilled in an aspect is an expert.
It is another matter, that one may come and rebut that a particular person is not an expert based on certain known facts and circumstances. That will not take away the general definition of an "expert" and especially that stated in the Section 45 itself.

I am in agreement with Mr.Ramchandran

R.Ramachandran (Expert) 10 August 2011
Dear Anonymous,
I never claim to be an expert in anything leave alone in this Forum.
I have on more than one occasion maintained that (which you can very well verify from the previous posts) that it is not because that I claim to be expert that I am answering here, but because the LCI Administration has divided the forum into Forum and Expert that whatever queries that come up in either of the area is getting answered. Therefore, just by answering the queries appearing in the expert portion, I never ever claim to be an expert.
