in atrocty act, there is any provison of anticipetary bail.or any suprem court's Guide line or authority for in favour of granting the anticipetatory bail.?

sec 18 of the Sc & ST (prevention of atrocities act) bars the power of courts of sessions and high court u/s 438 of Cr.P.C. Since there is express bar, the only option left is to get a direction u/s 482 of Cr.P.c. in high court and get surrender bail before the special court. No other remedy.
