cheque returened case

as i lost 4lacs in dabba trading(stock-trading without bill) and against this amount my friend take four blank cheque without any amount written on it and stamp paper signed by me which give message that i had taken 2lacs in cash from him and i have to pay it.

there is no mentioned about cheque in stamp paper.
as stamp paper is only for 2lacs he files case aginst me for 3.8lacs as deposited cheques.

i also aproach for settlement but no interest is seen.

Lodge a complaint before police that your signed cheques are lost and then wait for complaints u/s 138 N.I.act without fear.
