Some time in July 2011 the APEX court has given some important ruling that a power of attorney holder can not appear and plead on behalf of any other person including a relative.
Those who have knowledge of this ruling may please either post citation or give case details.

true ! but the word "unless permitted by the court" is suffixed after the " that a power of attorney holder can not appear and plead on behalf of any other person "... Indeed, there is restriction to appear for POA to argue the case but there makes no difference if the POA is authorised by the court thereupon pursual of circustances of the case as well as profile of the POA ....
